Skilled manpower has been left out due to unemployment in Nepal. It is said that there are 6 million Nepali foreigners around the world. The government of Nepal has made efforts to include Nepalis scattered all over the world by bringing the Act on Non-Resident Nepalis. Everyone has the love of the land of birth. Even when living abroad, it is always in the mind of the foreigner Nepalis that the mother of Nepal should do something in Nepal. Under the vision of Ved Prasad Kharel, who has been living in the United States for a long time on the foundation of foreign employment and business, Kian Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been established with the slogan “Gaihar Awasiya Nepali Lagani Nepal,” with the involvement of ordinary farmers and local people in the social, economic and business sectors, including in Nepal and the diaspora, in the joint venture of Khagendra GC, Dinesh Poudyal, Manish Sapkota and Bavuram Gautam, including businessmen and non-resident Nepalis. This project will not only generate employment and revenue but will also improve the economic status of millions of farmers in the country by directly engaging them in agricultural business. By providing seeds of improved maize, sugarcane, rice, barley, potato, beetroot, sugarcane, napier grass, cassava, millet, vegetables to the farmers in the crores of hectares of land which are barren and are not getting good production, the company will encourage them to do modern and scientific farming and will buy the produce at a reasonable price. We are confident that this proposed plan will be successful in making a prosperous Nepal and sending a message to the foreigners that if they do something in Nepal, they will not have to go abroad and they can do something in Nepal itself.
